What's On & Where
This year's Open Day & Fair is on Saturday 8 May 2021 from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. There are lots of fabulous activities for the whole family to enjoy:
- Fair Stalls and Activities - run by the Parents and Friends' Association, the Fair is the major event for the year to raise funds for the College and the various activities run by the school. We have an abundance of Markets Stalls and Carnival Rides and you can even bid on items at our Silent Auction.
- Open Day Activities - visit classrooms, meet the Principal and take a tour of the College. There are academic displays, sporting events and musical performances throughout the day across both the Junior and Senior Schools.
Please join us in College Hall for a sumptuous Devonshire Tea. Boasting a delicious selection of home baked goodies and a bottomless cup of tea and coffee.
COST: $25 Adults, $15 Students
TIMES: 10.00 - 11.00 am, 11.30–12.30 pm, 1.00–2.20 pm, 2.30–3.30 pm
BOOKINGS: Online bookings are available until 5.00 pm Friday. Please click here to book and make your payment. Bookings can also be made on the day at the BOARDER'S VERANDAH (if vacancies permit).
The carnival rides on DRUMMOND FIELD are suitable for young and old and include speciality rides for our littlies in Evandale (Pre-K to Year 2)! The rides will feature some old favourites and some new surprises.
COST: Unlimited Ride Bands $40.00 pp, Evandale Ride Bands, $20.00 pp and Single Tickets at $5.00 each.

COLLECTION: Ride bands purchased online by Thursday 6 May, will be available for collection from PLC Sydney's main reception at Meta Street from Monday 3 May until 4.00 pm on Friday 7 May. Please bring your payment receipt as proof of purchase when collecting your ride bands. Bands purchased on Friday 7 May must be collected from the ride band collection point (DRUMMOND FIELD TICKET BOOTH) on the day of the event. You can also purchase ride tickets on the day at The RIDE BAND COLLECTION POINT (Drummond Field or Evandale Ticket Booth).
Our Silent Auction is OPEN and there are some fabulous items up for grabs! We have a vast array of prizes ranging from small to big ticket items.
BIDS: Bids can be made online by clicking here via our Silent Auction website or you can place a bid on the day at the Silent Auction Stand in the COURTYARD.
PAYMENT: Cash, credit card or cheque (made out to PLC P&F Association) to be made upon collection of your item.
DEADLINE: The Silent Auction will close at 2.30 pm on the day of the Fair.
COLLECTION: Items can be picked up until 4.00 pm on the day of the Fair from the Silent Auction stall in the COURTYARD, or alternatively from the PLC Sydney main reception at Meta Street from Monday 10 to Wednesday 12 May 2021. No items will be available for pick up unless paid in full.
