...where timeless heritage meets modern innovation...

Presbyterian Ladies' College, Sydney (PLC Sydney) is one of Australia’s oldest and most respected schools for girls.

Our built heritage is important at PLC Sydney, it's not only unique and sets us apart from other educational institutions who do not have the same rich historic background, but it helps us to understand our history and provides our PLC Sydney community with a real sense of identity and belonging.

Founded in 1888, it was the first school in NSW to be established by the Presbyterian Church. Over a long history, the College has grown and transformed. On the first day, there were only 39 students. Today we are home to over 1400 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12.

PLC Sydney is about to undertake the following project under what is known as Development Permitted without Consent (DPWC) legislation. Detailed information about the upcoming project will be listed here shortly.
