‘We want students to be ready for the future. Academically prepared. Personally skilled. Having undertaken a range of challenging, engaging and interconnected courses.’

To make the world a better place, and life a worthier thing

PLC Sydney is a ministry of the Presbyterian Church. As such, our Mission is to: 1. Be an authentic Christian College, and: 2. Be a College offering an excellent education.

We educate our students based on a Christian worldview, ensuring they are equipped to contribute to both their school and wider community.

We strive to provide an environment where our students can grow and develop into young women of integrity and purpose, who seek to make a positive contribution to society, and who carry a genuine concern for the welfare of others.

Our values are expressed through these four core ideals:

  • Grace: we are who we are by the grace of God, the love of our families and the support and enabling of others.
  • Reverence: we view the world with reverence, inspiration and hope, undertake our endeavours with passion and base our relationships on respect for ourselves and others.
  • Wisdom: we pursue wisdom by seeking knowledge and truth from a place of discipline and challenge, which leads to well-considered judgement.
  • Service: we participate in service to make a difference in the world, building character through understanding and compassion, and fulfilling the obligations and responsibilities of citizenship.

We seek to enable each girl to be accomplished and fulfilled in her learning.
