Learn at swim classes build independence and relaxation in the water, but the best thing is that they are fun! .

Not only is swimming great for overall health and fitness, it's also great for your child's mind.

It can improve their mood and self-esteem. Learning to swim will also reduce a child's fear of water, making going to a pool or the beach more fun. Swimming can also be a great social activity and a great way for kids to make new friends and bond with their family.

Program available for PLC Sydney students and the general public include:

  • 30 minute small group lessons for Preschoolers, Infants and Primary students
  • Conducted from Monday through to Fridays both during and after school
  • Suitable for children of all ages
