On Friday 24 February 2017, Dr Burgis and Mrs Maria Nastasi had the pleasure of attending the opening and presentation ceremony of the Shape exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum. This is a new technology exhibition that features 36 exemplary projects from the 2016 Higher School Certificate in Design and Technology, Industrial Technology and Textiles and Design. The Major Textiles Project created by Georgia Perivolaris was selected for inclusion in the Shape 2016 and the Texstyle exhibition. This was a wonderful celebration of achievement for an incredibly talented Textiles and Design student.
