Over the September October holidays, PLC Sydney Rowing conducted several rowing camps.

At the beginning of the holidays, we had a Senior and Year 10 Quad bonding rowing weekend.  The girls mixed up their on-water rowing training with some fun, alternate, team building activities, such as an exciting and exhilarating time at the Tree Tops Adventure Park, some hard work and fun, running up and sliding down the sand dunes at Cronulla Beach, and finishing off with some quality time together setting their goals for the season ahead.

In the second week of the school holidays, we ran a Senior and Year 10 training camp, alongside our Learn to Row camp. Both were highly successful. The Senior and Year 10 girls gained some great fitness and technical advancements from their training. The Learn to Row girls had a ball learning how to row.  By the end of the week, all learn to row girls had successfully accomplished the basic skills of rowing in a Coxed Quad Scull.
