Shakespeare Festival returns to PLC Sydney

2016 sees the re-introduction of the NSW Shakespeare Drama Festival. This is an exciting opportunity for students in the Senior School who are interested in performance and developing a further appreciation of Shakespeare’s texts to engage with his plays, workshop a few scenes as a duologue or group scene (or even create a mash-up) in a supportive environment and perform them for an audience.

Our school Shakespeare carnival will be held early in Term 2 with the winners of each category going through to the regional final at the end of May. Students interested in finding out more information should see either Mrs Maxwell or Mrs Halkidis in Harmsworth.
