issue1416-diving-1Elite Junior Championships

Over the last school holidays, Emily Webb (Year 5) was invited to compete in the Elite Junior Championships in Auckland, New Zealand. She demonstrated her maturity and was able to block out the competition to concentrate on her own performance. Competing against Divers who train up to 6 days per week in an elite program, and despite only training a couple of days a week herself, Emily finished in 4th place! Narrowly missing out on a podium finish. Well done Emily!
