NYSF students receive local support

The seven PLC Sydney students who have been selected to attend the National Youth Science Forum (NYSF) are now explaining their reasons to local community groups as to what they hope to achieve in attending this forum. PLC Sydney is very grateful for the strong support they are receiving.

Stephanie Lee and Alison Chen, spoke brilliantly at a recent presentation to Drummoyne Rotary Club. Members were impressed by the girl's achievements and attitude and are honoured to be able to support and play a small part in their development as future leaders of Australia.

Liaising and meeting with the various Rotary Clubs presents students with a great opportunity to demonstrate maturity and independence. Most of our students are the only NYSF candidates sponsored by their Rotary Club.

Well done to these fine students.
