Red Cross Bumper Day

Red Cross Bumper Day was held on Thursday 28 July during lunch time. Students in Years 3 to 6 worked together to create market stalls with their friends. It was a fun day that everyone enjoyed, including Evandale and the Senior students who came to shop.
The 2016 Bumper Day was a huge success and we raised a total amount of $7002.12. Now, that is a fabulous achievement! We were lucky to have beautiful weather for such an exciting day. The area around the camphor laurel tree was the perfect spot for all the different stalls and the variety was amazing. There were sweets, drinks, stationery items, jewellery, knitted teddy bears, a photo booth and many more fascinating items to buy.
It was an awesome day and all the money raised goes to The Australian Red Cross. We look forward to presenting a cheque in our Junior School Assembly to a representative from Red Cross.
Red Cross Bumper Day is always a day that the girls look forward to!
