How do we assist young women to gain capacity and confidence in STEM subjects?

These are some of our strategies:

  • Employ a specialist science teacher in the Junior School
  • Employ a specialist technology and robotics teacher in the Junior School
  • Engage in extension and enrichment programs
  • Have a Mathematician-in-Residence program
  • Offer Cambridge International courses in Years 9–10
  • Offer the first year of UNSW Computer Science to Year 11
