Welcome New Staff

Our Senior School enrolments have grown to a point where we need to employ further staff (part-time and full-time). Therefore I warmly welcome:

  • Mrs Caroline Bruce – a very experienced and able Mathematics teacher joining us from MLC Burwood
  • Ms Zoe Coyte – a dynamic and capable English teacher who has been working in the Northern Territory
  • Ms Natalie Kelman – a teacher whom our students will know and respect, given her well-regarded teaching in 2015.

In our Junior School we welcome our new Specialist Technology Teacher, Miss Belinda Martins. Belinda will lead our STEM work with younger girls. Belinda joins us from Trinity Grammar where she has been the eLearning Integrator.

We also welcome Mrs Tamara Edwards and Mrs Franca Sirna who will be working part-time in enrolments; Ms Sophia Fallon and Ms Geneva Gilmore who will be teaching students in Lyons House – our specialist Speech House; Miss Vanessa Romero – teaching in Educational Support Services; and Mrs Nada Moussa – teacher’s aide in Transition.

I have previously informed you that Mr David John will be Manager of our Student Fitness and Health Program. He has previously undertaken this work with the Indian Hockey Team, the Wallabies and the Parramatta Eels.

With one of our Science Laboratory assistants moving to part-time work we welcome Mrs Anna Shannon to this role. We welcome the return of Mrs Trish Hamilton to replace Music Staff on long-service and maternity leave. We also welcome Mrs Maria Halkidis and Ms Kate Scerri back from maternity leave.

It is wonderful to be able to welcome new staff. Please say hello when you see them around the campus.
