Saturday Sports BBQ

The Parents and Friends' Association, in conjunction with the PLC Sydney Sports Department, will be running a BBQ each Saturday morning from 7 November until the end of term to coincide with home sports games.

There has been a good level of interest from parents and students of home and visiting teams to make the BBQ a worthwhile fundraiser. The BBQ will complement the cafe and enable parents, students and staff to purchase food and drinks without having to leave the school.

To make this initiative a success, we are asking parents who have a daughter playing sport at PLC Sydney on a Saturday, if they can help out occasionally over the course of the term, either cooking the BBQ or running the counter in the old canteen, at the Young Street end of Drummond Field. If you are able to spare an hour or two between 8.00 am and 11.30 am, please contact Drue Prentice on 0410 662 990 or at: drue.prentice@bigpond.com so a roster can be arranged.
