'Drawing the Line' Exhibition
Drawing the Line, an exhibition of contemporary drawing, was officially opened by artist Mr Tom Carment on Thursday 8 October at Adelaide Perry Gallery. The group show featured current work by Mr Carment, as well as fellow Sydney artists Deborah Beck and Todd Fuller. In conjunction, an installation of postcard sized drawings created by students and staff at PLC Sydney went on display.
Mr Carment spoke about his passion for drawing and the adventures he has had throughout his longstanding career as an artist, referencing many of his works on display and explaining the stories behind them. He commended the students for their efforts toward creating a large and vibrant installation of works, and said it was a pleasure to be involved in an exhibition alongside co-exhibitors Deborah Beck and Todd Fuller.
