issue1515-speechCongratulations to Year 11 students Nicole Sung and Annelise McCarthy who achieved 6th and 8th place, respectively, in the Australian Individual Debating and Public Speaking Championships (AIDPSC), which was held in Melbourne during the school holidays. They were joined by Year 10 students Jade Lin and Stephanie Lee who were also selected to represent PLC Sydney.

Nicole and Annelise have both qualified for the National team that will compete in the World Individual Debating and Public Speaking Championships in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in March, 2016. We wish the girls every success as they prepare for this wonderful opportunity.
