Congratulations and thank you to the 27 girls in Cantabile who attended and performed three items at the Hunter Baillie Church service last Sunday.

Thank you also to the members of the Pipes and Drums for performing after the service, and Ms Clouston, Miss Luo, Mr Wishart and Mr Lambert for organising the music. You added much to this special Service for Children and the congregation loves to see you there each year.

 

Moon Festival Dinner

issue1415-music-moonCongratulations to the small group of singers and their accompanist, Alison Chen, who performed at the Moon Festival Foundation event on Saturday 5 September. The singers included Leyla Lake, Siale Sabatino, Sophia Bechara, Belinda Thomas and Claudia Raguz. Thank you for your time and generosity.

 

 

 

 

 

Advance Notice: Ex-student performing in a special concert

Recently the Music Department received word that Ex-Student, Anneliese McGee Collett (2010), will be performing with her quintet at a special concert to be held on Saturday 26 September at the Hunter Baillie Presbyterian Church in Annandale at 7.30pm. The Foray Quintet will present two items: the Shostakovich Piano Quintet and another quintet by Pejacevic. Tickets are Adult $25, Concession $20, Student $10, and children under 16 are free.
