Students perform at special service to remember 'Gift of Life'

issue1215-rpa-serviceOn Friday 7 August, PLC Sydney was invited to perform at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital’s 13th Annual 'Gift of Life' Remembrance Service. This special event honours patients who gave a precious gift to others through organ and tissue donation.

Talented musicians Mikaela Sukkar in Year 9 played the oboe solo and Lily Dai Year 7 played a cello solo.

RPA Hospital has a world-renowned organ transplant program led by Professor Steven Chadban, Director of Kidney Transplantation at RPA.

This service was a simple reminder of how, through these amazing gifts of life, lives of people and families are transformed and renewed.
