Saturday mornings in 2019

Playing dates 

  • 19, 26 October 2019
  • 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 November 2019
Trials 
  • Year 3: Monday 19 August 2019, Week 5A, Period 6.
  • Year 4: Monday 19 August 2019, Week 5A, Lunch and Period 5
  • Year 5: Thursday 29 August 2019, Week 6B, 2nd half lunch, Period 5, Period 6
  • Year 6: Friday 6 September 2019, Week 7A, 2nd half lunch, Period 5 and 6 

Game times

8.00 am, 9.00 am, 10.00 am, 11.00 am

Training

The following days/afternoons are allocated for each team: 

  • Years 5 & 6: Thursdays at Five Dock Leisure Centre 3.30 - 5.00 pm and PLC Sydney Thompson Hall 3.30 - 4.45 pm.
  • Year 3 & 4: Fridays at Thompson Hall PLC Sydney 3.30 - 4.45 pm (an external venue might be needed if sign-ups are too great)

Uniform

  • PLC Sydney reversible singlet
  • PLC Sydney black shorts

Equipment

  • Mouth guards optional
  • All other equipment is provided

Transport

Own arrangements are made and car-pooling by team members can be a great idea

Arrival on game day

Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to game start time

  • Step 1: Download the 'ipsha app'
  • Step 2: Click on 'venue closure'

All games are ON until called OFF via the ipsha app. If it's raining and the game has not been called off, regularly refresh the 'venue closure' page as you drive to the venue. The Sports Coordinators use the same app so only know what is provided on there

Venues

Absenteeism

  • If you are aware of an occasion that will necessitate your daughter to miss game, you MUST register her absence on the website at Saturday Sport Absence NotificationPlease click here. 
  • Students who provide less than 24 hours' notice of their absence for a game are also required to email the Sports Coordinator directly as well as complete the online form.

Cost

$100 per term per student.  This amount will be billed to students’ school fees account.
