Music NotesBands ConcertFriday 25 November Thank you to the music staff for directing all the band groups on Friday evening. It was a fun night! Special thanks must go to the Music Support Group parents led by Sharon Osborne McHugh, who helped feed all the people from 4 pm. Also thank you to Ms Faraday Pang and the Chinese Language Tour parents for helping to provide the yummy Asian Cuisine. These passports are needed in order to apply for the visa that all the travellers need for Asia. Please watch your email for important information about applying for the Chinese visa. Another reminder that if you are not using Covermore Travel Insurance through the Hayes Travel Company, could you please send in details of your travel insurance so the school has a record of these details. 2012 Compulsory Rehearsal Dates All parents should also note in their diaries these COMPULSORY DATES for their daughters to rehearse for the tour in Term 1, 2012. Weekend Rehearsals Sunday 5 February 1.00 – 5.00 pm Sunday 26 February 1.00 – 5.00 pm Saturday 17 March 1.00 – 5.00 pm Sunday 1 April 1.00 – 5.00 pm. Language students should also attend.Farewell Concert Monday 2 April. Language students should also attend. Staff and girls will depart on 11 and 12 April 2012. Performance Shirt Measurements Please make sure that girls going to Asia return measurements for the tour performance shirt by Friday 2 December 2011.
